The EFTEC Europe Holding AG, Zug, part of the Swiss EMS Group, will take over all shares of WAGNER Automotive Systems with head office in Markdorf, Germany from the 1st February 2001. This further strengthens its position in the market as a system supplier for products and application equipment from a single supplier for the areas of "bonding, coating and sealing" in car manufacture.
