Takeover of the automotive supplier EFTEC completed

On October 9, 2007 EMS announced the takeover of worldwide automotive supplier EFTEC. At that time, approval from the competition authorities had not yet been received. In the meantime the competition authorities have approved this takeover without reservation. Closing took place on November 20, 2007.
